We want you to shop with confidence at Zyntra. That’s why we offer a simple exchange policy.

1. Exchange Eligibility

We offer a 7-day exchange policy under the following conditions:

  • Item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Item is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging is intact

2. No Questions Asked Exchange

  • You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery
  • Reason is not mandatory, but product must meet eligibility criteria

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items may not qualify for exchange:

  • Used or damaged items (by customer misuse)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or heavily discounted items (if specified)

4. Exchange Process

  • Submit your exchange request
  • Our team reviews eligibility
  • Replacement is processed after approval

5. Shipping for Exchange

  • In case of defective/wrong item: Zyntra covers shipping
  • In other cases: customer may bear shipping cost

6. Important Notes

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If replacement is unavailable, an alternative may be offered
