We want you to shop with confidence at Zyntra. That’s why we offer a simple exchange policy.
1. Exchange Eligibility
We offer a 7-day exchange policy under the following conditions:
- Item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Item is unused and in original condition
- Original packaging is intact
2. No Questions Asked Exchange
- You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery
- Reason is not mandatory, but product must meet eligibility criteria
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items may not qualify for exchange:
- Used or damaged items (by customer misuse)
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or heavily discounted items (if specified)
4. Exchange Process
- Submit your exchange request
- Our team reviews eligibility
- Replacement is processed after approval
5. Shipping for Exchange
- In case of defective/wrong item: Zyntra covers shipping
- In other cases: customer may bear shipping cost
6. Important Notes
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If replacement is unavailable, an alternative may be offered
